Toying with the idea...what do you think? Good/Bad idea?

Been thinking about getting an NA as a daily driver, obviously keeping it standard and (Although have you seen those stainless headers on Ebay for £150!) keeping the TT modded mother for the weekends.

Has anyone else done this?

Anyone think of any pros/cons?

Opinions appreciated.....

TA..... ;)

Not sure on that Mark, might lose a bit of "specialness" if you had 2.

My Z was a daily driver for 3 years or so and then I bought a mk2 Glf GTI for my daily runner. That was the best thing I ever did - now the Z REALLY does feel extra special when it comes out to play.

Totaly agree with you their James!. I drove my Zed last night to park her up for storage (going away for a year). First time I have driven her in 8 months and WOW!, what a buzz even though I couldn't boost (due to not wanting to do damage) and just poddled along.

Get an Escort or something ;)

IMO...if your going to keep the TT as a 2nd car, you really want something that Cheap to maintain, economical and praticle as a daily driver.

Best of both worlds then.

Good points there lads, thanks...

I have a primera 2.0 diesel, still Nissan hey!, as a daily runner and dont get me wrong, its great, until I want to overtake or have a bit of fun!! :nono: I get scared witless when I am overtaking.....

In my defense, it has been 8 months since I drove my zed although Spinksy did let me have a drive in his the other week which was awesome, and thats more or less standard power wise....

SIGH......this weekend though she should be all built back up.....

Be nice to have an NA though, but like you say, would the weekends still be as special?
