:) Really can't make my mind up whether to go for the ally subframe bushes or the poly ones. Does anybody have either if so what are your opinions on 'em ;)

I'd personaly got for Poly, the alloy ones woud transmit noise and vibration through the car.

 

This is apparantly a very major job to change these bushes. THe whole rear subframe must be dropped and stripped.

Just done my polly bushes its a big job worth doing other bits while your at it

I have ally ones on the SWB with ally diff bushes and found they are no harsher (or louder) than the poly ones on my old 2+2. Whether or not this is due to a stiffer chassis or not due to the slicktop, I couldn't tell you.

I also have the rest of the bushes done with poly (including lower control arms at the rear) and several rose jointed ones. see below
