what the best oil and plugs for the beast??

Down to buying the last few bits now I just need to know what the best oil to put in the new engine? + the right grade.

Also I am after a good set of plugs, I was running a set of NGK irradium plugs I have not got the number to hand. I was going to reuse them but when I removed them from the heads all the white ceramic had cracked and broken up :confused:

The car will have the following spec if this will help

 

JWT 530bb sport tubs, not sure on how much boost but as much as allowed :)

Nismo 555's

uprated intercooler

Nitrous Oxide (will use as an anti lag system or running upto 100hp)
