Has anyone had experience with these brake disks, which one is the best as I need to replace mine. Any other front disk makes that are worth considering? (stock size)

DBA are meant to be pretty good with quite a few skyline guys using em.

I've got 3G 10 groove and dimpled and have no complaints tbh. IIRC they use Brembo casts.

 

got 3 g 20 groove - 4 years and fine.

only problem with grooved discs they make a horrible noise under heavy braking,and probably eat pads aswell,i have gr-10 there aweful IMO need to change asap,for some plain large discs

Hi greg, how bad is the noise? Is it loud or does it vibrate the car, do you have the disks the aggressive way round?

i have them the less aggresive way round,perhaps my callipers need checking,but i find under heavy braking they make a droning type noise,sounds odd but a bit like when you turn the hoover off LOL thats as best i can explain it
