finished my water pump and underdrive pulley project today - went swimmingly and the car feels very quick as its the first time iv driven it with the jwt chip too!

 

finished around 3, took the targas off :dance: and went for a little drive - pulled up next to a jag xk8 convertible with a suave midle aged gent complete with 'cool' shades and crisp suit on the seafront and a group of people started shouting 'nice car!' and suchlike. The driver of the jag, obviously letting his midlife crisis get the better of him smiled and said something to the kids.

 

Not you! they cried and pointed to the zed!!!

i was following a BMW Z4 (yawn) through the Stoughton Airfield road from Leicester to Oakham last Sunday. gorgeous day again, roofs off etc. I was floating around behind the beemer begging him to try and lose me but he didnt (bl00dy Sunday driver :mad: ) anyway we come towards to this group of lads and lasses that are hanging around enjoying the sun. i watched them out of the corner of my eye and they were all gawping at the Z - didnt even notice the Z4 :rofl: how cool.
