Apart from getting new rubber sections(approx £38 per side), contact JeffTT as he has a fix using silicon injection. Have a look at his site http://www.deerpark72.freeserve.co.uk/wizzn.html

First thing to do is to check the drain holes. Take your tops off and pour some water on them slowly. If its not draining, then there blocked. Causing too much water to sit on the rubber.

The front drain holes drain off by the front wheel arch, turn the wheels full lock and you'll see a pipe, make sure its pointing downwards and not upwards.

If it still stuck, carefully insert some flexible wire down the hole. Be very gentle, this usually does the trick.

If they do drain well and still leak, I recommend Jeffs suggestion.
