He's mainly a buyer of predominantly low value items,

Hasnt done anything wrong, even sold someone a wheel only for the buyer to find it didnt fit, and he refunded the buyer (dunno if that was misdescribed or not)

 

Has only sold about 4 things in 18 months or so....

 

 

On the face of it, doesnt seem a high risk really, not for a throttle cover or a gauge
