Well it wouldnt fire up on Tues nite when I was setting off on a date with Trinity!!(so had to meet her in the Pug estate how embarrasing!!)

Wed afternoon it would turn over , petrol smell but not run.

No fault codes on ECU.

Checked fuel supply regulator, plug condition and afm connector . took cone filter off all OK .. still not starting Even churning with wide open throttle wouldnt work. Petrol fumes everywhere!!!

Darren arrived, car had been resting a couple of hours, he checked temp sensor connector(corroded) and crankangle sensor connection(seemed OK) heard injectors click as connectors went on .

Darren sat churning on open throttle for wot seemed like ages(with battery booster on max) ....eventually two cylinders coughed , spluttered .. and the others joined in.

Running...

So ... couple of dodgy connections.... got flooded... then got even more flooded... I dunno.

Hopefully its OK now???

BTW Guess wot I found in the spark plug hole????? A CHAMPION spark plug!!!!

WTF is that doing in my Japanese engine....!!!

MUST GET THEM OUT A THERE!!!
