April 7, 200521 yr yes thats me but now parked up as blown head gasket. its an import and i don't know too much about it yet but its a bit noticeable with the nismo styling and front neons. also got a black uk spec in the drive which i crashed on exmas day on m61. i've decided to break it and possibly switch engines. i'm new to zeds in last 10 months n having to learn fast with loads of bad luck n stupidity.but i'm gonna end up with a decent quick one by time i've finshed. the black one ran beautifully till i blew it.but it had lots of nigglies like it pissed in the roof and i'd drive around with a towel on my knee. the silver is still dirty inside but will clean up n it doesn't leak a drop on me. what are you driving?
April 7, 200521 yr Nice to meet you Buddy, I saw you heading going down the M6 the other day and then fulwood, I thought you would be local, I like the Nismo front end, it stands out, there aren't a lot of members round preston so you are one of very few. I,m driving a grandpa rover for a few weeks, the Zeds in the garage at the moment having the new engine refitted due to a cockup on the cam covers (we think), its then going to the body shop for a lot of work, funnily enough mine got a bash in the side in fulwood Christmas eve, but Ive not had the repair done yet due to the engine work, so I,m hoping to have it back on the road mid-summer cough, cough. Shame about the head Gasket, you doing the change yourself? terrified of doing an engine change myself, I worries me that you only have to do one thing wrong, and its all gotta come out again, Duffy has done that many he can do them in his sleep, but then again he's thrown most of the fiddly stuff away. By the way you wont feel so bad on the luck if i tell you my story on the last year and a half. If there's anything I can help with ask, I live in fulwood, not always a lot of time, but always nice to meet a fellow driver. Cheers Dave
Whos just got the silver zed in Preston then??
