Portafield Pads

There,s been a lot of people praise these pads , my question is , are they a good upgrade on standard discs and callipers ?

I,m needing to renew mine so i would rather get some ones that work better than standard ( as i found out approaching a island a bit quick !! nearly shat my pants  ) or can anybody reccomend others that they have used.

thanx allan

Porterfield are fine for standard disks as they are not too abbrasive , there are other pads out there for example mintex etc stay well away from EBC pads of any description as they are no better than stock and last half as long
