THE ONLY BAD PONIT IS THE NEW CARBON BONNET WILL NOT SIT RIGHT THESE A BIG GAP ON THE FRONT AS IT WILL NOT GO ANY LOWER???? ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS HOW TO GET IT TO SIT ANY LOWER AT THE FRONT???

IVE DROPED THE CATCH DOWN AS MUCH AS IT WILL GO BUT STILL NO GOOD

 

LEFT TO DO IS FIT REAR VEILSIDE BUMPER AND FLAT AND POLISH THE CAR PAINT

Just took another look at that, and I'm wondering if it is the bonnet, or is it the front centre panel, as the bonnet seems to fit over the headlamp rubbers :confused: Just a thought, as it's a little difficult to tell from the pic.

Looking at the piccies you could file the holes on the catch to give you a bit more adjustment downwards but you say it seems to sit nicely on the headlight rubbers so i would be tempted to put some packer inbetween the nose panel and slam panel raising it slightly /

Probably doing a combination of both should give you a acceptable bonnet gap .HTH :dance:

just got to do a few touch ups not on the paint but paint the rubbers up and all the plastic, finnish the bonnet of and sort out the side indicators.

 

the bonnet now sits a lot better but still not 100% but i dont care i love it :bow:

i personally wouldnt go for that but im boring but you have spent some on that car you must love credit cards and it does look great :)

looking at the front bumper it looks very dark at the bottom i guess the colour needs to be in bright sunlight to get the full colour,because of the differant tones
