Engine Noise

Hi All, I have asked this before, sort of, I have a noise from my TT, sounds similar to a big end just starting to go, its there when you blip the throtle to around 3+K and back. After some thinking/scratching heads etc I stripped the bottom end to check the bearings, and they are all good.

Engine is very clean inside too.

now I am stuck. ITS NOT lifters, injectors etc. I have a slight bit of piston slap, always have had, and its not that that I am talking about.

Any ideas?
