Hey all, just fitted an induction kit to the motor, but i got running problems
round town is fine but on the open road, when i boot it, it dont pull like it used to on the original airbox, and i get loadsa smoke out the rear(brown not blue thank god)
I'm presuming the ECU needed resetting, so i dis-connected the battery and gave it 30 mins, then took it out and I've just gto back from a 50 mile drive( miss's in a great mood lol)
Is this enough, or do i need to disconnect the ECU aswell as the battery to reset it and put it in 'learn' mode????
really daft question now: am a noob-hence........where is the ECU?????
is it under the footboard in the passenger foot-well?
cheers in advance cos this has got me miffed ;)
