Is there any way to stop the cruise control topping out at 60 on a J spec car?

Apart from sell it and buy a UK spec of course.

Ah splendid.

That'll give me something to play with.

Good Luck :) For some reason my apparantly stock 92 J-spec has cruise that works at all motorway speeds and no speed limiter.

Yep, same here. No problems using it at motorway speeds. :)

It's just one of those things that I like having. I very rarely use it, but It can be handy sometimes.

Anything that gives me more buttons to press, the better.

I used mine when I first got the car, had it set at 90mph on the motorway :D so no problems there ;)

But tbh, cruise is a little pointless in this country (IMHO) as you just get cruising for a mile or so, and some tw@'ll pull out infront of you and you're back to square one agian!

Try setting it at 70 then Dave.............. :D -BTW mine seems to work at any speed above about 50! ;)

Stuff that!!! I'll just undertake them ;) :x:

My cruise control does no work anymore. I once removed the steering wheel and the cruise control switches of the wheel and after that it got bust. Could anybody tell me where should look for to find the defect so that I can get it working again. Thanks in advance. Roy
