During a bored moment in work....

 

I had a quick fiddle with a calculator (my brain is far too precious for things like maths).

 

£20 per mile of Zed ownership - I knew it wouldn't be cheap, but that's worse than going via a London cabby!!!

 

I've had a Daewoo from new for 3 years and that works out at 46p a mile.

 

I'm hoping to put some trouble free miles in this summer or I'll be crying again.

    mine's about £2.50 a mile over 2 years, how many miles have you driven? (or not as seems to be the case:D)

    OK it's slightly skewed by my only having done 280 miles (but managed a split radiator hose and blown big end in the process).

     

    The Daewoo has done 58000 faultless miles (just watch, I bet the bugger wont start now!).
