One wheelie bin was useful.

The second (for certain recyclin items which need washing first) was a pain.

Now the council have delivered a third one for garden waste! My garden is all slabs and gravel so I don't need it anyway.

Three wheelie bins take up a load of space and look scruffy!

I'm gonna send the bugger back. :headvswal

Does anyone else have multiple wheelie bins or is it just my daft council?

And to make things worse the Enviromental Cleansing Experts (Bin men to you and me) won't take black bags that are not in a bin :headvswal

Wheelie bins to date:

1st one - black lid - for rubbish - fair enough

2nd one - green lid - for paper - ok but got given 2 (still got 2 too!)

3rd one - brown lid - for garden waste - FFS, gotta mow the lawn now

4th one - smaller with black lid - for glass - fine, drink Corona by the crate so comes in handy for empties

5th one - smaller with yellow lid - for plastic bottles and metal tins - PITA, gotta crush eveything now too

WHEN WILL THE MADNESS END?!?!?!?

We get a little blue box for tins and glass and a blue bag for plastic bottles, white bag for paper

If you don't put out your recycle bag you get a £75 fine... Nice one :slap:

Aaaarrgghhhh ... it's not just my local council then. :headvswal

Everyone I know who works for the council only spends about two hours a day working and the rest of the time they just muck about or run their own businesses from their desks at work etc etc :headvswal

And then they give us all this bin grief! :headvswal

We get the silly blue box for bottles etc.-but I won't put it out 'cos the little fooks round here will be making molatov's
