On Sunday, I went for a game of badminton with a mate of mine and he's got 328i. Tidy motor which is in very very good nick for it's year. Now, at one point he gave it a bit and I did get pushed back in to my seat a little bit.

 

Now the BM' is only 204 BHP and I was enjoying the power. I didn't realize how much I had been missing the power of my old Z. :cry: Can someone please take me to the next Z meet please. PLEASE - I beg of thee! I can't take the loss anymore! The SRi has made me a broken man. :cry: :cry:

p.s The 328i is 193bhp stock, unless its had work done.

Have just held my little ones christening which is the reason I sold the Z. So, it's time to start saving again but the SRi only has another 9-12 months of reliable life in it.

 

Will have to see what happens next.

Well if it's any concilation I fixed my running problem on the 5 Turbo this weekend with some carb cleaner so thrashed the cr@p out of it back to work today!

 

Oh and finally managed to get my brand spanking new tyres for the front of the Mister 2 yesterday, although I had to spend 25 squids on an impact wrench to get the feckin' wheel nuts off...but 'tis done now. Just need to MOT/Insure/Tax and away we go!

 

Then sort out that other car...the SHED-X- :rofl:

Did you say that she had a water leak at one point? I assume you got the bottom of that?

I put in some rad seal in as a temporary measure and it hasnt leaked

since.

Ive now got a spare rad just waiting to fit when i get a chance !!!

Causes more probs that it solves. Make sure to back flushe for ages when you fit the new rad.

Need new back tyres, coolant leak somewhere and it was vandalised by kids where I was keeping it when I moved house a while back! :(

 

I'll sort it whenever, trying to beat Nico's all time record of 2+ years OTR! LOL :D
