Bulbs again - Jap Spec

On the Jap spec there are driving lamps where the indicators are on UK cars. This has a dual filament bulb in it. Has anyone taken this off? I had a quick look last night but the screw on the front just changes direction. Has anyone got in there? How do you get the bulbs out to change them?

    Take out the indicators you can then get to the back of the driving lamps. 2 x securing nuts on back. Fairly straight forward. It took me bloody ages to find this out. I know what ur going through. Regards

    It isn't actually a dual filament bulb - there's a spotlight type bulb for the fogs & a separate one for the sidelights.
