When i have my heater on there is a rattling noise comes from behind the dash i was told it sounded like somebody had dropped a pen down it, but unless they were really trying it couldnt have been done by accident. Has anyone else had a noisy heater, and what did you do to fix it.Also was told it might be the air conditioning unit needs a service?? :confused: :confused: :headvswal

Well I am in the middle of removing the Air Con unit, in the middle seems to be a rotating carousel and if anything has gone into their (God knows how it'd get in there??) then that would creat a rattling noise....

 

You can remove the unit without removing the dash apparentley, although dash out is alot easier...
