Right then I probably need to ring you Chunk cos I got a few questions.

I ideally want to come to JAE on the friday afternoon/evening to camp fri and sat night. There will be me and 2 other jap cars from different clubs plus my missus in a volvo (this will contain the tent, beer :D e.t.c.).

The new map says no vechicles in the camping only area, so where do I park the damn volvo ? (I also thought I read somwhere that cars cannot be left in the public car park over night ?) So short of hiding it at the back of the 300zx stand covered in camoflage I'm not sure how it's gonna work.

Is it also true that they will only be letting in Jap cars on the club entrance, I will need to get the volvo to the camping area to drop all the stuff of at least.

I'd rather not have to tell the missus she can't come in my entrance cos she's not special !!! :mac1: :wack: (weak but sensible !! )

Also speaking to some people, last year at JAE we were able to move our club cars to near our tents (nice to keep an eye on them with drunk people around..... OK that includes me !!), but this year we seem to be camping the furthest away from the stand and are not allowed cars in camping area ?

Sorry for the big post but I'm getting :hyper: and want to get it all sorted in me head.

cheers

MrP,

There are three camping areas, only one does not allow cars/caravans etc.

You can also camp on your own stand if you wish.

Support vehicles come in all shapes & sizes (and makes). We will allow other makes in but only as support vehicles.

Gimme a call anytime bud on 07918127390

and thanks for your reply John :)

John did forget to say there is going to be security staff there for the entire show!

Im going!!! very excited :hyper:

Ill be coming iff the car is ready.

For those not familiar with Peterborough, it's worth knowing the largest Tesco in Europe is only about three minutes drive from the showground where the JAE is being held.

They'll sell you anything from a Pot Noodle to a PC and they're open 24 hours (except on Sunday - shut at 4pm).

It's at the Serpentine Green Shopping Centre (see map - but I think the road with the label A1139 near the top of the map isn't really the 1139!)

Things have been a bit in the air for me lately, Had to close my company, so i missed KOE, but im definitely going to this, so i dont have to read through 11 pages can anyone give me a brief run down on whats happening, ie cost etc, also is there anyone traveling from the N W that i can tag along with, Im notorious for getting completely lost!!

Pete your more than welcome to follow me down on the Friday afternoon mate, sorry to hear your bad news, come get blottowed on the friday and feel better :)

Me and the missis Sat & Sun will be bringing our '97 N/A that's For Sale and our TT if there's enough space for the both of 'em. Don't know if we're staying at friends or camping (depends on the weather!)

Is this going to be the biggest ever UK meeting of Zeds ??

If everyone turns up, it will hopefully be the biggest turnout of Z32's in the UK that i know of :D

JJP, yep, we'll squeeze them both in :)
