being new to the Z world i'm having trouble finding the simplest of parts like spark plugs and fuel filter if anyone knows of any good sites to go to it'd be much appreciated. i have a 1990 jap import TT

Ive just brought an import 91 j-spec and am also new to zeds

mine seems to have developed all the usual faults since buying it e.g. stumble and misfire problems, propshaft vibration and now the gearbox has started leaking.

Must have had sh1t in my eyes when i looked it over!

I agree....Finding the specialist parts is easy..its the simple stuff thats tricky.....the stuff you'd normally get from your avergae motor factors (or halfords) is'nt often available from them.

 

I think MJP and Ztech (in traders section) can source Standard servicing parts.

this could be a little off the wall but you could always try nissan ,air filter was £13.00 and oil filter £3.70 two weeks ago for my j-spec 90 auto

i tried nissan for some parts and they either didn't match or they charged way too much

small world....My Company built that website, many moons ago....and Im currently processing a contract at the moment for a complete makeover of it.

 

btw - I got my Oil filter from them, as its a common shared part.

there are loads of sorces for your car, and I do mean loads with some of them being through the clubs traders etc etc.

 

As a registered member you wont be able to access the links or get eh club discount although most of us as you have seen will generaly point a fellow zed head in the right direction.

 

might I steer you toward our members area ;) ;) £20 will be the best £20 youl ever spend.

 

And as proof im not even on the committee, just think its a blooming good theing to do
