I'm a newbie here, and been a huge fan of the Z32 Fairlady for a long time. Now I can actually (nearly!) afford one. I love the look of the 2 seater and was wondering what the chances are of finding a TT manual without the targa tops. Also, any idea of the price? Thanks for any guidance.

Ill buy the first round, see you all there when i get there :D

Thanks for the input. Great site. Got me thinking, guess a targa top SWB TT manual is more realistic.

It is mate, but youll still struggle a bit, but there out there!!

Good luck mate, keep yer eye's peeled!

:smash: :nana2: Spot on bud..:bow::bow: :nana2: :smash:

All the parts for my manual conversion came out of a swb tt slick top in a scrap yard in Hants - looking back it wasn't badly damaged at all - a front wing and drivers door the only obvious damage.

Maybe I should have bought the whole car and put it back on the road.........although it was silver so it would have been a bit slow !

Feeling a bit guilty now :(
