Tailgate Panel

Does Anybody Know If A Rear Tailgate Panel Is Available ?

I Have Removed My Rear Spoiler And Prefer The Car Without It, And Have Seen Some Cars That Seem To Have A Replacement Black Panel Under The Boot Lip With The Logo On It.

Any Ideas?
