Just when I thought I'd settled on what alloys I'm going with, i.e.:

I only go and find some others I like! What do you guys reckon to these?:

I've had the Technomagnesio Detroits before (but not the F1's) and they were a great wheel (seen them a lot on Aerial Atoms).

:nono: Dont look any more... Top ones mate as said before...

1st set provided they are directional wheels, if not, then keep looking mate...others have been used to death now

That 8 spoke at the bottom is the daddy - what is that and where can you get it?

Regards,

alex

They look very nice - the only problem is that the spokes are flush with or stick out further than the rim, so any contact with the kerb when parking and you will ruin them

HELLO...... LEIGH The Top ones.... :mac1:

All the alloys, bar the Technomagnesio's have only just come out this 2005 (the BK ones are so new they're not even on their own website yet!)

The 8 spoke ones are pretty nice looking; they're Kei Racing Force 8 alloys (the Force 10 is in another pic) and I've seen them for sale here:http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/ and http://www.topgear.co.uk/ and http://www.carstyling.co.uk/ and also on Ebay :)

Lol! I know, I know! :D

I think they're still the ones I'm going to go with but like with women, there's no harm in a spot of window shopping even when you've settled on something...:D ;)

Four words: Tyres with rim protection ;)

I love the topones also tried to get them for my uk twinturbo (or something similar) tried every where i could think of and couldnt get them to fit due to the caliper found only a small selection of wheels would fit, defo top ones though

the top ones are Enkei replicas. Go for them , ive seen them in the flesh and are all but better than the pics in the flesh!!!!!

Update: After speaking with John, Chunk and Peach today I thought I'd have to give the "turbine style" Boss alloys a definate miss as the 8" width would just be too small on the back in 18's for decent tyres. However...I think I was originally given wrong info over the phone as I've just done a search on the net and turns out the 18's are in fact 8 1/2". This may still be too small to suit the rears though...

They do make 'em in 8 1/2" fronts and 9 1/2" rears...but that's going up to 19's which may f*ck up the handling! Now I really don't know what to do! :headvswal
