Converting an Automatic twin turbo zx to a manual

Can anybody here please tell me what exactly is nerded fo rme to convert my lovely 300zx twin turbo into a manual the auto gear change makes it feel like such a waste of power. If someone can be so kind as to tell me what i need ad how much i will need to spend in order to get it done ??? has anyone on here had this done to theres??

    why not try an HKS ALC-2 instead of going all the way to a conversion? They make your shift-ups much quicker and more 'aggressive'. I think Danny still sells them.
