Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions of a decent (and not stupidly priced) way of getting GPS navigation in car? I've already got a GPS unit and Navigation software which I can use with a laptop but just looking for something a lot smaller and easier to use while driving :)

Cheers

You will need a PDA phone then get the TomTom software with bluetooth GPS. if you dont want to use your phone it can be done with PDA for around £250.00 all in. Have a look at http://www.totalpda.com Some good stuff there.

thats what i have tom tom nav on my xda II top navigation cant grumble at all

If you search for tomtom on Amazon.co.uk at the moment you'll see a bunch of Tomtom Go's for £160-£200. They're in the new & 2nd hand section and none of the sellers have any ratings, but it may be worth a look.

I use TomTom on a PDA it works a treat. Used it all over france last summer stop me getting lost loads of times.

depends what pda you want!

look at an xda ll spec! on a smaller scale it will do what your home pc does, except less storage space etc.

added bonus sat nav mp3 and more and using windows sync you can update maps, gatsos etc :)
