Console panels

Fot those who have done their own re-trim, anyone know the easiest way to remove the panel that attaches either side of the main centre console so i can re'trim it ? is it a console out job or do they just pull off ?

Thought i'd ask first before i broke one :p

    you have to take the consol off or just lift it abit there will be two screws on each side holding the pannels on
