help with drivers window

A few months back Jeff gave a tip of how to stop the windows rattling when the doors were shut. Basically, take of the bit of trim on the door pillar and tighten a screw.

 

Anyway, when i done this i was a bit over enthusiastic and shreared the screw right off. :xxx: :slap: . Now when i drive over 80mph the wind starts blowing in. Its nothing serious but just bloody annoying.

 

Any ideas how i can fix this?

    Run a bead of silicone sealer up between the glass and the door frame :rolleyes:
