I always thought that they were 300mm but I've just read somewhere that they're 280mm!

I don't think many here would recommend EBC.

A very good stock upgrade are Brembo slotted discs from http://www.3gbrakes.co.uk and Stillen metal pads from Mike Feeney at MJP. That set-up won't cost too much either.

If you have deep pockets then the Skyline upgrade is probably the ultimate option.

Richard ;)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

nice one thanks, i did look at the skyline option but the wife seen the price and put a stop to that.

Cheers for the info. :)

i have those brembo rotors there awful!! seem worst than stock, going to get baggins to check these as its aweful to drive, get constant groan under braking unless i have dodgy callipers

The slotted 3g discs do make a bit of a rrrr noise when braking hard but they do stop you and after 4 years on the car I think they are pretty OK. Sticking caliper pistons is an issue on these cars. Especially if the bellows rubbers gets perished and the water starts rotting the piston finish. You can find on 1 or 2 pistons on each caliper are sticking. Makes a huge difference to braking performance.
