Well, since I got the car anyway, fitted some clear side repeaters from Zcentre, only the rears left to go now, and I'll be orange free!

Think I'm going to try the cheaper way, did a search on the forum and found some interesting results with using some clear plastic stuff, and replacing just that part, rather than the whole light panel at the back, my wife isn't too sure about putting our rear lights in the oven though...

Be VERY careful with the oven temp !

And if it's a fan-assisted job then be even more careful !

init great when a simple mod like side repeaters makes such a differance to the look of the car

99rears is the way forward not only keeps the z [ORIGINAL] but looks 10times better

Could be a set of 99 rears for sale soon bud! :)

Watch out mate, the bug will get you!! I bet 90% of members bought the Z with the intentions of keeping them standard, and look what happens! :D I know i did.

Gotta agree with Greg though, the genuine 99s look soooo much better.

yeah the indicators make a BIG difference, amazing really...

Maybe I will save up for the 99's at the back then, but I didn't want to get into re-spraying and stuff just yet... we'll see.

Man, I know what you mean now, even though I've only done a small thing, I want to do more now  I've got a LONG way to go before I get mine anywhere near as good as all of yours, but I'm planning on doing it over a few years, so let's see what happens :)

See you on Feb 13th

oh..oh..you've started on the Modding route....its all down hill from now financially :wack:

Clear side indicators - A Fine choice as a first (essential!) mod

99 spec Rears - Don't require any Respraying. Just a direct replacement of the light lense units.

ooooooh guess what's just gone on my birthday list for the wife :D

I thought you meant you'd slept with a woman who has a scooter and wears a Parka for the first time.

Leave the Parka's out of this!. They are a style legend from the 80's.

Only joking, burn the fooking lot of em! (The Parka's not the Mods before you start).
