Hi,

 

Sometimes, especially when I am at 30mph or below, the speedo stops working, and then will start again when it feels like it ??

 

Also sometimes the steering goes heavy, as if there is no power assistance ??

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

No mate mounts on the g/box......I'd get it checked before condeming it though!

mine does it to found the best thing is a good bash and it comes back on :)

 

it also done the other too as if there is no power steering at all, if I turned the engine off and back on again it was working fine :confused:

I thought my speed sensor was u/s, but after checking voltages etc, it turned out to be the speedo..................My speedoand power steering was behaving the same as yours.
