Heater Problem

Help guys,

I've tried eveything i know how to do.

The problem is that when i try to put heaters on you can hear the engine rev slightly as per usual but the rev's soon drop and the heaters don't come on.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Paul

The engine should only rev if the aircon is on auto and it brings in the compressor. Leave it on econ and there should be no change in revs anyway. The heater should still try to achieve whatever temp you are set to. Have you had a feel at the heater hoses where they go into the bulkhead to see if they are hot otherwise it could be an airlock or blockage in the matrix.

Thanks,

Ok i will check how do i unblock the matrix if it is blocked.

I have had a look tonight the pipes are hot. Is there a relay or fuse for the heaters cause they aint blowing at all. Just seems like there is no power going to the blowers.

Cheers

Paul
