Identifying relays

Can one of the elctrical bods help with confirming what the EGI relay controls (that is in the fuse box under the bonnet)? I am trying to trace an ignition related fault and just need to be sure its not part of the circuit.

 

Most people post on here that their cars won't start, mine won't stop!!! :eek: When you switch off the engine keeps running (and no it aint a turbo timer, I've spent the last two nights tracing wires under the dash to make sure). I think I have now narrowed the problem down to a short in the ignition circuit or a knackered alarm/immobiliser
