Last attempt before i disconnect the whole thing.

Guys you know that Green/Yellow wire which needs to be cut from the white plug in back of the dials panel.

When you cut it, it becomes 2 wires now then do i connect the yellow wire from the delimiter to the green/yellow wire comming out of the plug in the dial panel or connect the yellow wire to the other side of the wire.?????

Not sure that your one will be the same as mine but this is how i done mine.

The yellow/blue wire that you have cut, goes inline with the delimiter ?

The cars speedo white plug with the yellow/blue wire comming from it connects to the Blue wire from the delimiter.

Then the other half of the yellow/blue wire that goes to the ecu connects to the yellow wire from the delimiter.

Then you connect the + and - as per your instructions, on my one there was a grey wire that i did not use.

Hope this helps

I just ripped the thing out and am thinking of chukcing it away i bought it from ebay s dont fall for the crappy scam!!!! What a waste of time. This apparent Delimter/Convertor has four wires.

Red = IGN

Black = GND

Yellow = Connect to the white plug yellow and blue wire

Grey = Connect to the screw which leads to the yellow and blue wire. which is the third screw nxt to the GND. Now then what happens is when i press my water jets button to sprnkle water th speedo just starts to jump to 90 khm 120khm the more i press the sprinkler button the more it jumps!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Oh yeah this is when the car is stationery I tried to take it over 120khm but no its not going it not bloody going !! Have i done something wrong before i tell ebay i want this guy to stop selling crap stuff!

I just bought a nice, simple, replacement dial face and swapped that over, not messing around with electronics and signals and stuff so the car stays the same.

Yeh, so my speedo only reads up to 120mph - but it's not like I sit at over that speed anyways. Plus, a new Jd chip (when I get round to it) will sort the speed limit, and all is good :D Must just remember that the odometer is still in Km though.

Add that to the stainless speedo rings and the genuine carbon fibre dash fascia, and my clocks are a sight to behold ;)

xcapade, that dont sound right to me m8, you have to cut the yellow/blue cable and put the converter inline to change the pulse rate to the speedo, were about in middlesex are you ?

Where in Middx are you ?

If you want to bring the car and converter to me and we can sort it out, part of OMS is doing conversion work on imports for trade and retail.

If you want to have another go doing it yourself the wire you need is on the centre plug yellow/blue (3rd wire on bottom row)
