I think they've been on his 300 and another 300 before that.

 

They will fit my (standard, 1999) car, right?

Check they fit? ;)

If there on a 300 now they will fit the pcd OK but you want to check the offsets. I'm sure someone can tell you them on here , I think their 30 for the Z? If the offset is different they will still probably fit but may make the handling a bit interesting;)

May not fit a red one you know how much trouble they can be.

Any way to tell the offset by looking at the wheels?

Probably not but you should be able to get it from the manufacturers web site? If not find out the model of wheel, rim size and width and phone the UK importers or their customer services department. Are they a well known brand?
