Ok I reckon for about 120quid I can make practically any case have a near 0 noise output. (well 12db)

Mike i got this case from here, and it IS silent, ive got 3 comp's alongside each other, and the difference is excellent, only problem is the case is bloody heavy

the only time i hear it is when the DVD drive spins up!

normal running you cant really hear a thing (unless you sit with your ear next to the case :D)
