Was driving my boyfriend to work was driving from Warwick to Solihull, stopped just outside Hatton at a petrol station,

Carlos went into the garage and started waving at me, thought what is the pillock doing?

 

He dragged me out of car and said look who it is,( my boyfriend is colombian and totally football mad, :rolleyes: ) it was Andy Gray commentator on Sky Sports, I remember him when he used to play :hyper:

 

All i could think of saying to him was Happy Burns Night (it's a famous scot's poet's birthday today) He said I was the only person who had mentioned that to him today, he was really nice and shook both our hands.

Also, some friends have been back to an ex-Liverpool footballer's house (can't remember his name). Once there were 4 or 5 liverpool footballers all together in a local pub.

 

A friend has also seen locally Paul McCartney and Elton John (in the 80s). John Barnes lives near too. And Ian Rush.

Well, for my sins, there`s Craig Bellamy and Lee Boyer living just up the road. (next door to each other!!)
