Dump Valves

If a 300zx can not substain tick over when the dump values are connected what could be the problem? Thinking of buying a car but it has this problem would like to know if it is likely to give me other problems, any advise would be appreciated

    probably pissing out air to the atmosphere, probably misconfigured dump valves or dodgy springs in them

     

    no need for DV's on a zed anyway, put some recircs back on
