one hose on my engine rebuild I cant find a home for??

I am down to the last few bits before firing the beast up I have what I think is a vacume pipe that I cant see where it goes. looking at the engine in the car (passenger side) you have the two hard pipes coming from the intercooler one has a spigot in it for a vacume line going to the turbo, between the two hard pipes is two steel pipes about 6mm with two long hoses attached one goes to the spigot on the side of the plenum but I cant remember or find where the other goes :headvswal

any ideas?

cheers

Maybe wrong but there is a small pipe connection under the plumen on the n/s, Quite difficult to see and just behind the timing cover plate.
