Help - Replacing Waterpump - Cant get timing cover off

Currently half way thru replacing Waterpump, but cant get the timing belt cover off (metal cover that sits lower than the two cam covers).

 

It looks like u have to remove the crank pulley :headvswal can anyone confirm ?

yeh we went out a bought a 27mm and a puller got crank off new waterpump back on 7hrs so far LOL

 

just need to put belts back on timing covers rad etc nice day plannned again tommorow

 

never thought this much work was involved LOL

So much easyer out of the car does your back in leaning over all the time!

im putting an engine and autobox back in tomorrow will hopefully be firering the beast up if all goes well

Yeh, what a day !...and more again 2morrow. :headvswal Hopefully a lot less stressfull, and without all the problem encountered today.
