Hi, 93 TT Jap auto, JWT, Apexi, Exhausts, running about 14psi, 1 mm boost jets. What plugs are best? Make and number please. Thanks.

ย

PS, mine has no Hicas thingy under the bonnet, but it does have Hicas, I think that makes it electronic Hicas? And 94 model, Yes or no?

TBH I would stick with stock PFR6B 11C they will be fine for the boost your running

Thanks Baggins, NGK I assume? Are these 60,000 mile jobs?
In Theory yes not sure I would want to leave any spark plug in my engine for 60k though

:D I know a few of us with up rated ECU and chips are running NGK ZFR7F-11  I fitted these yesterday and they do make a good difference :D but been told to change them every 3,000 miles.

Chunk or JD might be able to tell you why.

OK, now I dont know what to do. I dont want to change them that often either. So which ones then, Please

I'm running 12.5 psi with a mines ecu, pipe/filter etc....

1mm boost jets, tried some greddy 7's in there.

Ran ok at high revs, but shite at tickover.

Have since put new stock plugs in, seems much better.

Yes.....the later z's have electronic hicas.

You can have my greddy plugs for ยฃ20 if you want them,
