Oh man this is one serious Z, Bonneville flats engine to boot. What a feckin' awesome beast. Only in Rand of Lising Sun could someone get it absolutely right. Reckon Big Mac's motor will be on par with this mutha. ;)

Yep, you're right it does! Just read it again. ;)

Through a translator we were informed that Hiro didn't really care much to bench race with numbers or specs. In fact, he didn't even know the full list of mods performed on the twin-turbocharged VG30. He did inform us that the motor came out a Fairlady that maxed out at almost 250 mph at the Bonneville Salt Flats. To top everything off, he drove the car almost daily in Tokyo traffic.

If you read the entire article it does say that the engine was rebuilt for his car so it is likely that it is the lump from the Bonneville Flats record breaking Z.

Now this really does prove that WHITE is the fastest!!!!

Yep agree with you there as well, didnt really fancy a white Z but once I got it was really glad  .

obviously the lack of pigment and colouring in the paint keeps the power to weight ratio high and you will probably find the smoother white paint creates a more aerodynamic surface. :)

Besides Ive since realised that the (litoris model is red and every (nut has one

and the black ones are just Darth Vader wannabe's..... and are both just tooooo common ;)

Mike were did that pic come from, have you got a link

..........With Toshi's help we were able to glean these little tidbits: the car has rocked the dyno rollers to the tune of over 800 hp to the rear wheels; the engine originally powered a Bonneville Salt Flats Fairlady to almost 400 km/h (250 mph); and most importantly, Hiro has no interest in any of these numbers or specs. He only cares about one thing - the maximum velocity he can wring out of this car. Toshi told us, "Hiro does not have any interest in the specifications. He only has an interest in how fast it is. Also, he believes that proper tuning and the perfect fuel management setup is much more important than the sum of the parts.........

I like it!!! :D :D :D

Nice one tim. Sounds like maccas car is gonna be awesome.
