Got round to fitting the HID kit for Outlander today (well mark fitted it for me) Well I just go out for a drive and I can see were I am going!!!!! Very very happy, no longer think I cannot take the zed out at night time.

 

Thanks mark for put them on for me. If anyone is thinking of getting a set do it!! highly recommended

Mac it took mark about 20-30 mins

Mine are all fitted, but waiting to put the front back on to see how good they are, another week yet with a bit of luck :dance:

I know what you mean - but I did and it does make such a difference. I think £200 is a good price for not crashing the Zed when driving at night !! :p

Thats what I was thinking when I 1st look at it.. I was thinking of putting piaa bulbs in but there about 50/60 pounds a set (I think).. I went for as it was a sort of xmas present for me!! But I have to say thay are well worth it.

 

So much light I can see were the road goes even the road near my work were the last time I took the zed along it, I had to do 25mph as I could not see were the road went!! been up there tonight and well lets say I was going a lot faster..

Craig there is Ballast units for each bulb, Mark put them in the front were the air filter goes, as I have a cone filter so there is loads of room for the units.

 

Mark is doing a group buy again I think too.

I had a bit of trouble justifying mine, but boy, am I glad I did, the difference is incredible.....

 

I'm glad I upgraded mine.

Look at it this way, it isnt £200 for bulbs,

It's £200 for peace of mind knowing that when you are driving.....

 

others will see you before you get to that bend in the road,

YOU will see that bend in the road,

YOU wont be worrying and straining to see where the edge of the road is,

Or whether there is something in the road for you to hit,

Or that great big ba5tard pothole that'll help rip the bottom of your spoiler off, or dent your gleaming 17 inch alloys!!

 

How about that for justifiction? Go for it Shunter, you wont regret it

I have to agree with you Jay :dance:

 

My headlights weren't actually that bad before but when I saw the group buy price, how could I ignore it.

 

IMO this is the best £190 I have spent on my ZX :bow:

 

Mark is indeed a top guy too.
