Very interesting article on new turbo designs

Featured Replies

The Edonis supercar, which is basically a reworked Bugatti EB110, uses only two Turbos with the Variable vane, instead of the four small turbos that the Bugatti had.

With these two it produces more power, and has less lag low down. I believe SAAB are using them on there new Diesel.

Its one of the reason why I will wait before changing my turbos. I want the variable vanes because although the Turbos will be bigger the lag should be the same if not less than the standard.
