13 meg download, now I'me ready to play.

OK, it was a big balls up last night. A few problems occurred.

 

1) Wazza bought the gold edition of UT so he had a slightly different version (despite being version 436). he also had extra maps.

2) I installed the 4 bonus packs from: http://www.unrealtournament.com/downloads/

That gave me all the bonus levels Wazza had in the Gold pack.

3) There were further version incompatibilities when connecting. If you got a message saying:

Package 'De' version mismatch

then you need to do this: http://ina-community.com/forums/showthread.php?s=63bb0be98edace5255e2fa57c747c088&threadid=144822&highlight=version+mismatch

 

I think that should just about sort out the problems, although I still couldn't conect to Wazzas game after doing the version mismatch fix (maybe he mut do it at his end too?).

 

We will do a test between us next time to check out it all works before posting another game on here.
