to do the water bypass you will need 8mil internal dia hose I would also not use Vac tube as it will not hold water with high temps

8mm? Where are you bypassing them?

I did mine from under the back of the plenum, straight onto the turbo feeds.

Definately 6mm fitted there. Silicone hose is OK -20 --> 180°C roughly so should be fine. No leaks from mine anyway.

well you learn something new every day :hyper: :D , in the ones i have done i have always used 8 mil water hose as i did not think silicone would be up to the job , would certainly make life easier to use silicon hosing though

Out of interest, has anyone else done this with silicone hoses and had (or not had!) problems?
