Coilpack connectors

All of the coilpack connectors on my (1989 TT import)Z are badly cracked or broken and its started misfiring a bit rough now. Nissan quoted me megabucks for the wiring loom which includes these connectors. Does anyone know of an alternative source of these connectors so I can replace them myself?

contact courtesy nissan, they sell repair kits you need two they are about $40 each kit, and coil packsare about £70-80 each

Yes matey, I know all about engine bay wiring looms and how much they cost as SE have just replaced mine!!!

Warren is right, contact Courtesy in the US, I believe that you might be able to order Pulsar GTi-R connectors aswell from the U.K. Don't hold me to that though, but I was told that was basically what Courtesy are supplying you with.

However, getting them from Courtesy will be much cheaper than UK prices, and I think that if you tell them you're a TT.net member you'll get a further discounted price...top bananas! biggrin.gif

The part number for those connectors is:

24079-85M00

They come from a Pulsar indeed and come in 4 per set (~$50).

One point to note that the UK "Pulsar" isn't the same Pulsar these connector harnesses come off..

The Pulsar GTiR uses standard distributor & electronic ignition setup, not a coilpack setup.. The US car called a Pulsar is a very different beast..
