Engine Pull at the Weekend - Again :S

Well here I go again LOL, gonna pull the engine again and strip it down and rebuild, new pistons etc

 

What I wanna know is what can I ditch on the car?

    Well the smokeing has come back :( but i'm gonna go the whole hog this time. full rebuild time :D then I know its not the pistons etc.
