Coil Pack Connector Replacements....

Just found this link on 300zxclub.com for the coil pack connectors, not the loom, but just the plastic connector itself. Looks like it could be very usefull to anyone with just a broken connector, who doesnt want to have to do a splice.

I've just sent them an e-mail requesting a cost of shipping to the UK, will let you know what happeneds.

Now I'm not wanting to take any business away from any trader on here, but what Dave does is this priced at £90. Now the work involved is cutting and splicing to have these fitted.

But the link above is for the plastic caps. Now all that is required is to remove the pins from you old broken cap and replace them into these new caps, and job done, all of about 10 to 20 mins. All for $54, now add to that an estimated $15 for shipping, and that works out at £36. A bit of a saveing. Now these would only be of use if you pins are in good order, and not all 'manky' aswell, in which case I'd recomend PHNW for the full repair kit.

Hope that clears up what I was trying to say.

Sorry Scott, but I missed this reply last night :slap:

Well I was going to, but I've not had a reply yet  Unless the guy never received my e-mail, which considering that I sent it from here at work, and our system is sh1te wouldn't suprise me :x: If I hear anything, I'll let you know.

Nice one Dave. ;)

I just need the 2 connectors down by the fuse box. I have mailed him to ask if they do them.

Guys we have most of the connectors in stock. I have found a supplier who sells every connector under the bonnet in 1 complete kit. These are all genuine nissan connector with new pins and rubber boots

:D simply chop off the old and on with the new, all pins are golld plated

Price will be around £280 delivered, I have them on back order. May sound expensive but whats the point in buying expensive engine upgrades when half of your connectors are green and perished. I have replaced most of my connectors on one of my Zs and boy you can hear and feel the difference as soon as you put yor foot down.

As they cost so much we shall not make them a stock item, just order only.

Thanks Dave for that, looks like a good deal if you're starting from scratch, but I've already got some of the stuff, so I'd end up buy some bits twice over.

Right I've received an e-mail back from the guy (yesterday), and all in he said it would be $62.85 shipped to the UK.
