I got a copy of this a while back, the stuff it mentions is correct (checked with a mate of mine whose old bill) but, as he rightly said, if someone pulls that stuff at you, he is going to get done for something, cos nobody like a smart arse

    I have this book too - a useful read whilst on the bog :rolleyes:

     

    I agree with what Jock says - best approach if you get pulled over is not to be a smart-arse and listen to the copper. Only if he gets arsy with you and has already decided/started to give you a ticket, may it then be fine to spout the rights and wrongs mentioned within the book.

     

    Besides the book was written by an ex-copper who retired a while back, so this fekking government would probably have closed many of these loopholes now........... :mad:
